Sale Details

The Yoste Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of mature loblolly pine timber. The timber to be removed as part of the thinning operation has be marked with blue paint.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Pine Hewwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw/Sawtimber. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday June 26, 2008. Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2009.
