The Workman-Mackey Tract thinning sale is for a first time and second time thinning operation of planted loblolly pine. The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 75-80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Hardwood Pulpwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday December 1, 2011. Seller will require a $15,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be September 30, 2013.
