The Ratliff Tract timber sale is a clearcut of 11.78 acres of mature pine timber.  Sealed bids on a lump sum basis will be due at the office of Kiker Resource Management, LLC on Tuesday October 16, 2007 at 11:00 am.  Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received.
