Sale Details

The Lowery Tract timber sale is for a thinning operation of planted loblolly pine established in 1991 and 1988. The thinning operation will be operator select and should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 70-80 sq.ft. per acre. 

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Hardwood Pulpwood, Pine Hewwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Tuesday August 4, 2009. Sellers will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2010.
