Sale Details

The Lost Acres Farm, LLC Tract timber sale is for a thinning operation of natural shortleaf and loblolly pine and a clearcut.

All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday May 1, 2008. Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $3,000. The termination date of the contract will be March 31, 2009.
