Sale Details

The Gulledge Tract thinning sale is for a second time thinning operation of planted loblolly pine. The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 60-70 sq.ft. per acre.  The trees to be harvested as part of the thinning operation have been marked with orange paint.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Hardwood Pulpwood, Pine Hewwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday November 13, 2008. Seller will require a $15,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2009.
