Sale Details

The Flake Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of naturally regenerated loblolly pine established in 1985. The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 70-80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Hwd. Pulpwood, Pine Hewwood, Pine Chip N' Saw, and Pine Sawtimber. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Wednesday June 18, 2008. Seller will require an $8,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2009.
