The Cattle Farm Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of 281.74 acres of planted loblolly pine established in 1999. The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 75-80 sq.ft. per acre.
KRM will request per ton prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood, Hardwood Pulpwood, Pine Hewwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw. All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday March 1, 2012. Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000. The termination date of the contract will be March 31, 2013.
