Sale Details

The Baucom Tract thinning sale is for a first thinning of a natural pine stand and a clearcut of mixed hardwood.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Hardwood pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw/Sawtimber, and Hardwood Sawtimber.    All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday October 11, 2007.  Seller will require an $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000.  The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2008.
