Sale Details

The Darlington Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of planted and natural loblolly pine.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 70 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood and Pine Chip N' Saw/Sawtimber.    All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Tuesday February 12, 2008.  Seller will require an $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2008.
