Sale Details

The Ellers Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation natural loblolly pine that is approximately 35 years of age.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 70-80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Hardwood pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, and Pine Chip N' Saw.    All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Wednesday August 1, 2007.  Seller will require an $5,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000.  The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2008.
