Sale Details

The Burnsville Tract thinning sale is for a second thinning operation of planted pines established in 1975.  The trees to be removed as part of the thinning operation have been marked with blue and/or orange paint.  All other timber is excluded from the timber sale.

KRM will request prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, Pine Chip N' Saw.    All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Tuesday May 8, 2007.  Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale and a performance deposit of $2,000.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
