Sale Details

The Bell Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of mature pine sawtimber.  The trees identified with orange paint are excluded from the timber sale.  All other pine timber is included.

KRM will request prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Hardwood pulpwood, Pine Sawtimber.   All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Wednesday March 28, 2007.  Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale, and a $2,000 performance deposit.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
