Sale 10, 2006 is a first time thinning operation of various stands of planted pines.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request prices for the following products: Pine pulpwood and Pine Chip N' Saw.  All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday April 5, 2007. Seller will require a $5000 advance deposit on the sale, and a $3,000 performance deposit. The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2008.
