The Hornwood Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of planted pines established in 1968 & 1990.  The thinning operation on both stand types should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, hardwood pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, Pine CNS/Sawtimber.   All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Wednesday March 28, 2007.  Seller will require a $10,000 advance deposit on the sale, and a $3,000 performance deposit.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
