Sale Details

The McAlister-Little Farms, Inc. timber sale is a mature pine thinning of 73.00 acres and a first thinning of 13.12 acres.  The trees to be removed as part of the mature pine thinning are marked with blue paint.  Volumes information for this sale is included in the sale notice.

Please see the sale notice for information on the per ton prices requested.  All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Wednesday March 21, 2007.  Seller will require a $30,000 advance deposit on the sale.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
