Sale Details

The McKay Farms and McKay-Shaw timber sales are a clearcut of approx. 42.96 acres. 

KRM will request per ton prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Hardwood pulpwood, Pine Sawtimber, and Hardwood Sawtimber.  Please indicate the specifications for each product with the price.   All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday March 22, 2007.  Seller will require a $2,000 advance deposit on the sale.  The termination date of the contract will be June 30, 2008.
