Sale Details

The Smith Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of planted pines established in 1991, and a clearcut of approximately 6.99 acres.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 80 sq.ft. per acre.

KRM will request prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, Pine Chip N' Saw, Hardwood pulpwood, and Hardwood Sawtimber.  All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Tuesday March 13, 2007.  Seller will require a $2,000 advance deposit on the sale.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
