Sale Details

The McGoogan Tract thinning sale is for a first time thinning operation of planted pines established in 1987.  The thinning operation should be performed to a residual basal area of approximately 80 sq.ft. per acre.

There is a key to the gate behind the white sign stating "The 64 Hunt Club" to the right of the entrance road.  Please make sure to lock the gate when you leave the tract, and that the key is placed back on the post.

KRM will request prices for the following products:  Pine pulpwood, Pine Hewwood/Canterwood, Pine Chip N' Saw.  All prices must be received at the office of KRM by 11:00 am on Thursday March 8, 2007.  Seller will require a $5,000 advance deposit on the sale.  The termination date of the contract will be December 31, 2007.
