The real estate services of KRM are mainly confined to work with our current clientele to manage their existing forest investment properties. KRM employees work with landowners to determine the highest and best use for their property. We also aid landowners in determining whether their property will bring a higher return by harvesting some or all of the timber before the land is sold.
