King Tract Hunting Lease
TYPE OF LEASE
The lease will be for the right to hunt and fish subject to the stipulations and conditions hereafter set forth in the attached lease and only at such times as hunting and fishing are permitted by the laws and regulations of the United States and the State of South Carolina in force and effect.

LOCATION & DESCRIPTION: Located in Chesterfield County, SC approximately 3 miles south of McBee, SC. The King Tract encompasses approximately 613.16 total acres. The tract contains various ages of planted loblolly and longleaf pine. There are also several open areas that create an opportunity for lessees to install/maintain wildlife food plots. LENGTH OF LEASE: The contract will be for a three (3) year lease, ending June 30, 2013. The Lessee will be given the option to renew the lease following the termination date if the Lessor is satisfied that the Lessee is abiding by the terms and conditions of the lease.
LEASE PAYMENT: The lease rate will be $10.00/acre. Payment for each year’s forthcoming lease period will be due on or before June 30th.
ACCESS: Potential Lessees will be allowed to access the property prior to submitting a bid. Access will be allowed by foot or ATV; the gates on the property will remain closed and locked.
